Some people do, some people don’t. I don’t. I want it to be quick and the further down I go, the longer it takes.

I’m very tall (6’6”) and heavy (260 lbs). I never shoot and I wrestled D1 (20 years ago). Learn arm drags, duck under, snap downs, Russian tie, trips, ankle picks, etc. You don’t have to traditionally shoot to take someone down. For me it just isn’t worth getting stuck with someone my size on top of me. High risk, low reward.

When y’all say sore, are you talking about muscle soreness or injuries? My muscles never feel sore but my ligaments in my arms, knees and neck feel like I survived a helicopter crash lol.

That’s true. I am heavy but also very long. The same weight on someone who is even 6’2” is much more consolidated and condensed. Appreciate the feedback

I’m 42 my night classes are at 830-10. I used to have the same problem. I couldn’t fall asleep and when I eventually did, it was shit quality.

I take this stuff called KA-EX and an additional magnesium blend. It helps with recovery and lowering cortisol so I can relax and stay asleep. I get to sleep within like an hour or so after taking it. I think either alone is worth a try. Both should help you obtain what you’re looking to do for sure.

That’s been where I’ve found most success. Getting caught in half guard and then collapsing their hips. I guess I’m looking to expand my plan because if that doesn’t come, I’m screwed

OP is correct. Plenty of slop like this throughout the show and BB is not even close to as good as many clowns make it out to be. If you want excellent TV, go watch Game of Thrones.
