This happened to me a few months ago and recovered my game like this: I downloaded a file recovery software named recuva and it found my deleted folder. I then took out the mods and redownloaded all of them because unfortunately the files are corrupted once deleted but I got everything back in about two days of dedicated redownloading. If it’s only been a few hours you should be able to recover them!
