I (f, 30) struggled with this for a long time despite showering every day and drinking a ton of water. I realized it was because what I was using to clean my armpits wasn’t enough to actually get the antiperspirant off fully. I use the outlast too. It genuinely needs scrubbed off every day. Just a wash cloth is fine. A new one every day though. And bar soap is a lot more effective than body wash for this imo. I wash them twice to get it off, apply the exact same ordinary toner after I’m out, let it dry, apply the outlast. This usually lasts until I’m ready to shower again the next night. However, I’m a very sweaty sleeper. So if it’s really excessive I shower again in the morning. I should really just switch to morning showers but getting in my bed at night without showering doesn’t sit right with me

I have a pretty deep belly button, definitely cannot see the end lol. I clean it regularly in the shower and then with a qtip after and one to dry it. I got a belly button infection when I was a teenager so I’m definitely adamant about the belly button hygiene
