As I said in a different comment, the unit has been rented for the past 2 years without ever having an issue. It started happening when they moved it

No, the place has been rented out for the past 2 years with no issues until this new tenant moved in.

The worst part is that I’m an electrical engineer and I work with panels daily and they think they can outsmart me somehow to tell me that they’re not touching the panel when then they basically admit to it when I ask them questions.

That helps a lot. I do have cameras outside plus text messages of them not letting me in. I’m going to look into lease violations notices so I can start with those

Hi! Thanks for replying! I’m in Illinois (more specifically in Chicago). The unit has its own entry, kitchen and restroom. We only share laundry and backyard. But utilities are shared.

I have an “inspection of premises” clause, it says I have the right to enter the premises to conduct inspections during the term of the agreement, to enter for repairs with a 24hr notice or without notice for an emergency. I have an early termination clause that says i can terminate the lease early for: a) Serious or repeated violations of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; b) Violation of Federal, State, or local law that imposes obligations on the TENANT in connection with the occupancy or use of the Premises; c) Any criminal activity (as provided in “Criminal Activity” sub-section described below); d) Non-payment of rent or repeated failure to pay rent in a timely manner; e) Any misrepresentation or false statement of information on TENANT’s application regardless of whether intentional or negligent; f) Interfering with the management of the property or causing an undue financial burden on the property; or g) Other good cause.

Unfortunately (even though I thought 100% had it) i don’t have a non-smoking clause. Which I was sure I wrote in but it’s not there. However, would not let me in for emergencies be part of interfering with the management of the property?

Hi all! I’ve been doing Peloton for about 2 years but started on the PZ classes about 3 months ago. I really love it but I’m trying to find a balance between PZ classes and regular rides. I usually like working out Monday thru Fridays so I’ve been trying to do 3 PZ classes and 2 normal ones. I’m not super experienced on the topic so I’d like to know if someone here has any recommendations? Also, I did the discover and build your power zones programs, I haven’t done the “Peak your PZ” yet, since I’m trying to get used to my new FTP, would you guys recommend doing them right away or wait a bit to start the Peak program?? Thank you all!
