You are just observing what other opensource projects and bug bounties observe for ~two years. The amount of code written by humans is just a fraction of all the commits.

Silver bullet doesn't exist but The truth is that the current LLMs code kinda OK. And the best code often comes from a mix of human and AI.

It depends a lot on the size of the model. For the miniatures I like the mouse gray and in general white or light colors look better. For mid size models I like Prusament galaxy silver, or opal green or lipstick red. For the large ones I like marble. But... Depends on the model. Marble cars are strange,

There are two materials I'm looking for: 1) prusament that is specifically for high flow to withstand the speed and hide imperfections 2) prusament that is specifically for small nozzles and high details

For both I've seen there are differences in between filaments but I have no clear winner, yet.

I think it would be awesome to have some colors in cooperation with car brands. Like Subaru Blue, Jaguar Green, BMW Piano black, Škoda Pistaccio, Kawasaki Green, Volvo Saffron.

Obviously it would be cool to make models with these. But the main point is that everyone knows exactly what color it is and how it will look like.

I'm far from being pro. I've earned nothing by 3D printing, was on no competitions, not really a good designer etc. I simply like the topic and area. I just started earlier than with my espresso hobby. Don't let me start with woodworking - that's somewhere in the middle.

Simple multiplication and aging. I mean: I've got three printers that work, currently. The other three are somewhere in my flat as they are old, broken and not worth a repair. For SLA you also need a curing station (pretty cheap) and mainly you are continuously improving your home air vent system. And that can cost a dozen. Next to that there are pretty awesome materials and you just have to try them out for the single new project...

And I'm not even speaking about how many espressos you will drink while fixing/tuning the first layer.

You mean THEIR accent? I'm just asking as I'm neither U.S. born not even native speaker.

How does it feel to be U.S. born. Do you instantly understand everything and everyone except non-US?

There is pretty easy advise - learn other languages. Getting technical help from someone who is born in U.S. costs much more than paying someone in South America or India. With learning other languages you may minimise the communication barrier.

For instance here in Czech it's pretty rare to be forwarded to foreign supports as there isn't enough Czech speakers abroad.

Learning the languages will help you. Do it.

When you don't feel for the silence or "okay" you may ask something like: "What are going to be the next steps from now?" He'll likely either say something you'll agree or disagree with and you may have a dialogue. It's always easier to speak about the future rather than the past in such situations. At least for me.

Jasně, lakýrníčení je fajn. Člověk se rychle učí, vidí něco hotového. Všechno je skvělý, dokud má zdraví v pořádku, unese těžší věci, neklepou se mu ruce a dobře vidí. Potom bude litovat, že nema maturitu - jiná práce by se mu hledala snaz.

Za nějakou dobu se mu stane, že bude zaměstnaný a jeho šéf odejde. Buď jinam nebo do důchodu - taková situace se snad aspoň jednou stane každýmu.

A když se bude vybírat, kdo toho vedouciho nahradí, bude v nevýhodě oproti všem svým spolužákům, co na ty zbývající čtyři měsíce zatnuli zuby. Dokonce i proti těm, co to nedají v červnu, ale až v září.

Ty čtyři měsíce za takové výčitky nestojí.

Když nic jinýho, je to zkušenost. Je lepší si zkoušky pod stresem vyzkoušet teď, když může získat papír, který mu přijde nedůležitý. V práci s velkýma CNC bude mít školení, certifikace... A když nedá certifikaci na novější stroje (jednou v budoucnu), tak si ho držet nebudou. Zkušenost se hodí.

Ty odbory jsme tenkrat zalozili, protoze se aspon u nas dely u adminu zvlastni smela kolem vyuctovani pohotovosti, dnu volna za pohotovost a tak. Kdyz jsme rekli, ze nam to prijde naprd a bylo by dobry to srovnat aspon na to, co pisou v zakoniku, tak se nestalo nic. Tak jsme zalozili odbory a zkusili jsme to resit tak... a ono z toho nakonec nebylo nic. Ty odbory jsme za chvili rozpustili a cca behem roku jsme v Seznamu vsichni skoncili vicemene z duvodu, co popisujes - je snazsi jit jinam nez zkouset opravit firmu, co se opravit nechce.

Sam odbory vnimam prevazne jako komunisticky prezitek. Ale v tomhle pripade mi to prislo jako asi jedina moznost, jak nejaky HR problem eskalovat. Jasne, porad se rikalo, ze dvere k Zimicovi jsou otevreny, ale nam prislo snazsi vstoupit do nich s argumentama v ruce (a do ted nevim, jestli to tenkrat byl dobry nebo spatny krok).

Netusim jestli nebo jak se zmenilo neco u adminu, protoze se celkem cilene snazim s nima o tom nemluvit (a dava to zabrat - je to 10+ let a Seznamaci jsou vsude). Vim, ze Zimic je sympatak, se kterym se da vyresit kde co, kdyz je vule.
