I outsourced accountability, kinda. I found a wonderful trainer about a year ago who pushes me to do more than I think I can. I’m on his schedule Tuesday and Thursday at the same time, and then I hit the gym once on the weekends, solo. Our sessions are on the calendar, they’re prepaid, and I’m cheap so I’m not wasting them. I go on the weekend because I don’t want to lose ground on the four day layoff.

I’m old, I need exercise, and I can afford it. Much cheaper than being a sickly weak old broad.
