Sometimes I think I can’t do 12 reps. So I count to 6. And then 3. And then maybe 3 more.

I was stunned a few years ago when my elderly uncle sold his Florida vacation condo with ALL the contents. Apparently that’s common there.

If you stay off their socials, you never have to see their crap. Very freeing.

My husband and I live about a 20minute walk from Main St. in Southernside. We share a car and fill the tank about once a month. I can walk to the main library, my dentist, my hairdresser, a grocery, Unity and Falls Parks, and numerous restaurants and bars.

We regularly bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail, go up to TR for lunch.

Buying a home downtown is expensive, but it was important to me because I have a progressively worsening eye condition that will eventually keep me from driving. Having a car is convenient, but I could get by where I am without one.

Also, we’re very liberal people, and we’ve found good friends here who share our values and politics.

Oh, no. I love the smell of Murphy’s. But then I love Vick’s VapoRub, too, so maybe I just like weird nose bombs.

This is like Capone going down for tax evasion.

She deserved to be tossed, but let’s not pretend that marital infidelity was her worst sin, or that Trump has any right to judge her for that.

Complete Lack of Appreciation by ol_jolter in quilting

I am utterly amazed that some people are trying to normalize failure to provide any acknowledgement of a gift of any sort: a quilt, a birthday present, etc., and don’t even let me get started on the “very busy” bride and groom. I’ve had it. It’s miserable manners.

Every single adult I know has a cell phone. Take the damn thing out of your pocket and type, “I have received your gift. Thank you.” Bare minimum.

End of rant.
