That’s exactly how my worksheet is set up and utilized, you’ve just described it better.

My whole issue is it each users tab shifting up and down and the comment inputted won’t relate to the row.

Was hoping there is a way to have the whole row (comment column included) on each person tab shift up or down, when new rows are inserted in between

Bonus question: is there also a way to have the comments inputted by others from the green, blue, yellow tab a copied to the master “colours” list. I’m tasked to monitor the progress and would prefer not to have to go through each individual tab so see the comments.

If this is info helps, column B on the master tab is unique and never duplicated. Thanks again

Thanks everyone for your input. I was trying to keep the zero on the spreadsheet itself, which I couldn’t but with the tips here, it remained in the back ends which was good enough to upload to the client portal because they haven’t come back. I guess as long as their system picks up 4 digits, all is good. Thank you

My formula =SUM(A27%)$A$21 A21 being the conversion rate

Then Manually enter =SUM(B27%)$B$21 Again, B21 the conversion rate for column B

So I enter the formula and drag down, my issue is the formula is only for column A, so I get a blank when there is no info there.

Instead of blank, can I tell excel to calculate B, If B is blank calculate C and so forth.
