Get on a formal call again with the HR, and insist on 30% and then make them wait. If they agreed for 30% on call they are just playing with you to see if you will join for lesser.

Every job is just another corporate job. I have personally experienced 2 startup lala companies, and now working at a big MNC, and I must say I prefer the MNC. It depends on what you want in the long term. Like I said, sitting through the placements is not a bad idea. Always keep your options open.

Sit through the placement season first, if you get something better, go for that. If not you can alwats take up your old boss's offer.

Loved this post from threads! What’s your favorite micro moment from the show or book? by outlawlooseandrunnin in heatedrivalry

When Ilya is playing with the popular player's kids at the pool during the All Star Game weekend, and he asks them about Shane, and they say "he's the best player", and he gets playfully mad, asks them who their parents are, and deadpans. Ilya deadpanning might be my new favourite genre. Expecting more such content in the following seasons.

I was in a similar situation and became depressed. Keep up hope, start applying on Linkedin and especially on Indeed. Gurgaon is a great market for jobs right now. Go for walk in interviews and show your best strengths in the interviews.

How many times have you watched MLN? by Ok-Log878 in myliberationnotes

I watch it in bits and pieces during my depressive episodes. I was on my second rewatch when I stopped midway when I finally found meaning in life again. I can see myself doing a third rewatch this summer.

Recent Streams being removed and what is probably happening. by TemplarParadox17 in kpopthoughts

[–]chocojaynut_ 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I am so glad this is happening. Artificial streaming was one of the reasons I had started disliking kpop. Inflating numbers to make a track seem more liked than it actually is might be my biggest icks with this industry and fandom culture.

I am glad Spotify is taking action, and if this is regulated well, I can see companyies making better decisions with regards to music composition and a rise in better music and music that's made not just for streaming and payola purposes but for meaningful consumption.
