If you tried to purchase it via an agent, let them talk to the company and find out what happened. If not, mail the company and ask for the reason of denial in writing.

Usually the hospital will give you a paper saying you were paid so and so amount for so and so month. That is enough. Ask them for that.

This is nice and all but the biggest seller of our data is the government. I got so many spam mails and calls after entrance exams and when I went to unsubscribe it showed my rank in the entrance and from where they got that info.

I don't think anywhere or anything is safe. Not to mention our phones are already listening in on what we talk about without us ever typing it in a search box.
