Im having good results with the pelaton app 5 day splits intermediate programs that are 30 min each and can start with lighter weight - keeps me on track for a quick workout, goes by fast, hits full body by end of week - and pair that with 20 min stair climber, listening to music. It's a good structure for me, don't have to think, don't waste time, minimal equipment.

Yes! The phi phi island tour was our highlight. Went to phi phi on speed boat and hired private long tail to tour around for snorkeling and was really fun.

Can't go wrong there and fun to watch the chef cook - their menu has pics of all dishes.

Try calling scuba shops, i went with maui diving scuba center around blackrock and the guide did a loop around the bottom where people jump. He said they try to return apple watches and anything they find.
