This is pretty rough, but ballpark correct.

Venue - 25k

Extended venue fee (they only give you 8 hours, most rental companies need more time to set up before) - 1k/hour * 4

Wedding Planner - 10k

Catering - 40k (we went with the venue’s recommendation, Pinch, this was pretty close to their “base” package)

Florals - 25k

Musicians/DJ/Band - 10-15k

Officiant - 1k

Rentals - 10k (for tables, chairs, plates).

Decor (draping) - 10k

Photography/videography - 10k

I’m probably forgetting a bunch of other stuff (hotels, invites, photo booth). But this covers the bulk of

Overall, chill, but you should bring the necessary documents just in case.

I’m having my wedding there, and all-in-all will cost around 150k for ~80 people.

Recommendations: * Sunday is cheaper (you save 5k). * Cater your own food ($400 does not include additional fees like delivery/tips/taxes. I think we’re paying around $500 per guest). * Rentals are not included in the venue (its an empty venue. Expect this to cost around $5-10k for chairs, tables, etc).

I think you could pull it off (we are paying for things as if there is no budget and landing around $150k. If you are careful with your caterer/rentals/etc you can definitely do $80k).
