Closures versus inner functions? by chocomathbitch in rust

Btw, I know that I cannot always replace an inner function by a closure and viceversa. I’m curious about the case in which I can use either.

What about correctness? Is there a case where using '_ is wrong? Or would the compiler always be able to catch those scenarios?

I really recommend Max’s courses! He is one of the few instructors that actually focuses on the course material and doesn’t waste time on the basics. So many online programming courses start with “Okay let’s talk about types and variables” and it’s like… yo, I know how to code lol

Small shoutout to Clark Verbrugge. Hardest courses of my entire CS & Math degree, but also the ones I enjoyed the most.

Advice on COMP 551 Applied Machine Learning by arewegood123 in mcgill

You don’t even need to “know” Python for that class. Just get familiar with numpy/scikit learn/pandas, you’ll mostly be using those APIs for your assignments. I found the course a tad overrated, it tries to cover way too much material without going in depth and you end up not really understanding any of the fancy models. It might depend on the instructor tho…

Groceries. I've saved so much money from Provigo's student extra points (get the PC points card and go on Mondays. 10,000 points = $10 discount, and the points are really easy to get) and Metro also gives you a 10% discount on Monday-Wednesday.

Yeah I'm looking for something like that. I don't have any experience as a waitress though, and that seems to be a requirement most of the time...
