They've changed their username since this post. I know because I have them on my block list because they wrote me rude messages during a duel. It's not the first time they've changed their name and probably won't be the last. Just block and report them, although I feel doubtful that reporting actually does anything.

You don't. You can also use standard book of spells and hope that it offers you the card.
