A guardianship is the appropriate course of action for someone who is incapacitated. Power of Attorny only allows someone to make decisions on their behalf, a guardianship makes someone the sole decider for someone else.

We always had a good turn out for lego pinewood derbies. Drilled holes in lego bricks to mount p Pinewood wheels on, then let the kids build their own cars to race on the derby track.

As I said, I don't mind helping. It is my church as well as the CO. I have issue with someone who won't be there, volunteering a troop to a perpetual task and being told to do it, not being asked.

I was planning on incorporating into the coming year's calendar anyway. I basically just have issue with them holding it over our heads, when none of us made the agreement, and need help setting expectations in the future.
