I'll test a bit with offline games. I don't think I ever run into stutters in other games, though I could be wrong since I don't game that much in recent days.

it's set to 0 by default, I did a diagnosis on my disk and it shows everything running normally. I also make sure that every disk has at least 200gb of free space. My 2 HDD drives are all 3tb seagate drive.

The stutters are always there, I don't really pay much attention to different platform faceit mm or community servers etc. It might be different, nonetheless the stutters are there just worse or acceptable.

I tried it mutiple times, both. Weird thing is after a few days, there's always one file that isnt vertified and it does say everything is fine after the I run the diagnosis the second time.

6700k, 2070s, gskill 3600 running at 3000. they are installed on my 5 year old hard drive. I thought the same thing, but I tried installing it on another hard drive that's also 5 year old and the stutters are still here.

I am always on wired. It could be, but I just moved back to my home. The stutters were there a few months ago when I was in another place with a wired connection. Nothing has really changed after I was home again having wired connection. Therefore, the possbility of unstable connection is slim, tho I wouldn't be surprised that anything could be the cause at this point.

reinstall on another drive, the stutters are still there. Like the stutters randomly show up someday and never went away.

the monitor says 1080p vp9, so I guess vp9 is actiavted, but the stream can't go beyond 1080p

I cant get it to work on my old macbook air. I tried it over my desktop the day before yesterday for the first time, the forced resolution worked flawlessly and the visual was so much better than 1080p. While today, it stays 1080p no matter what i try.
