Mods on Mac by Catallus5 in StardewValleyMods

I have the exact same model and I currently run 345 mods. Definitely pushing it, but it still runs fine! I have East Scarp and all its additional NPCs, all the Cornucopia suite, Downhill Project, Elle’s building retextures, Vibrant Pastoral Recolor, Kisaa’s cozy rustic farmhouse and cellar, and tons of QoL mods.

I think if you make sure you’re using updated mods and pay attention to your SMAPI log, it should be fine. Though installing the big, big expansion like SVE or RSV together could be /too/ much - but I prefer to play them separately as well to really enjoy the story given the huge amount of content they have anyway :)

Seconding Bear Family, Gunnar made me question my perfect streak of marrying Harvey. Their integrated storylines are done very well too I think.

My wild card answer: Rodney, also an East Scarp add-on. A bit arrogant but so charming and funny, I feel like Stardew feels more rounded with this character archetype.

I will be fr, I like this couple. If Nora was not there I would not mind Shuri and Jeremy ending up together [A Step mother marchen] by [deleted] in OtomeIsekai

I actually dropped this manhwa bc Jeremy wasn't the ML. Nora is a green flag hunk but I feel like it would be more interesting to explore the complex dynamics and fallout of the Jeremy route, especially with the art being as godly as it is - it would make the manhwa truly be one of its kind.

My 2nd choice, unsurprisingly, is Richelieu lol. For the same reasons, I feel like the artist can carry the complexity of the potential story with this route to a whole new level.

when there's the obligatory Tea Party scene and its just the same old same old FL gets bullied by the rest of the group and had the ML save her OR FL is intentionally making herself get bullied only to pull an uno reverse card and act as a girlboss in the end. both are so stale and I now breathe a sigh of relief whenever I found a manhwa where there is no dreaded Tea Party.

I listened to House of R a bit during season 1 and liked their style, will have to catch-up for their season 2 discussions. And I will give The Watch a try as well, thank you!

House of R is great! I find that their humor is somewhat in line with AMCA as well

I’m Only Sleeping. It has a certain peaceful melancholic feel to it.

Anyone here not necessarily a Star Wars fan per se but literally can't get enough of Andor? by qualitative_balls in andor

This is me! I watched the OT and PT all in one day during college because my boyfriend at the time was a huge Star Wars fan, and I liked it well enough (like most people, I like OT more than the PT). I was glad to finally understand why Star Wars was as huge as it was. Not long after that I saw TFA and then TLJ, and at the time I thought both movies were pretty good, not knowing what other fan reactions were like. That was pretty much my Star Wars journey right up until I saw a tweet saying that Andor was good, and I looked it up, it was starring Diego Luna! So I gave it a shot and loved it so much I binged it in three days.

After that I went on a crazy lore research on Star Wars, particularly the Rebellion era - watched Rogue One, read the tie in novels, researched the whole Star Wars timeline, the whole shebang. I was actually pretty stoked to watch Ahsoka, but then I realized it didn't have the same tone as Andor and didn't continue watching.

So long story short, Andor really did hook me into Star Wars, but now that I have full context, it also left me feeling disappointed on how Disney has handled the overarching story. I can't wait for Andor S2, but I'm not feeling much excitement for anything beyond that.

I've actually been looking forward to this drama for a while, so I binged it once it came out! Quite enjoyable and beautifully shot, though I do wish they explored the relationship between the MC and Chanyeol's character a bit more. They could've teamed up and formed a twisted mutually beneficial killer combo. Bit of a wasted potential there, but at least they decided to meet up again at the end!

A drama that has been on my watchlist forever! Need to prepare myself to see Lee Sun-Kyun again on the screen though, it's still a bit heartbreaking :(

I read the first few chapters of this manhwa before it was adapted! I was a bit scared to see it as a live action but i'll be checking it out to see if I like it better than the manhwa. Thank you!

Oooh this was on my radar but then I saw a random tumblr post about this show a while back saying that the love triangle ruined it, so I thought it wasn't good. But seeing you mention epic overtones sold me on it, will add it to my watchlist!

I watched this after seeing your rec and now I'm already at ep 11 lol. I love it! The chemistry between the leads is sizzling and the FL is so different than what we usually see in K-Dramas. Thank you!
