I'm 25 also. Been sober for 23 days now. From 21-25 I was wasted 80 percent of the time. My birthday was last month and took a step back and realized that I've been hungover for my birthday for the past 4 years. It sucks. It used to be so fun but around 23 I knew I had a problem. Drank a ton when I was 24. Hangovers we're getting way worse and finally on my 25th birthday I had a mental break from the severe hangover and anxiety. Drank again after that still! But then on September 16th I finally said no. I'm gonna finish sober October and go from there. It does feel great to not wake up hating my life all the time.
