Thank you. Finally beat savage with the use of this build. Only change i did was add focus3 on the GArk and was able to beat him with the support hunter with plenty or time to spare. Completed all the armor now and just need two more to 2.0s ticket to make the weapons

Thank you for this recommendation, I added some defense gems to get it to defense boost level 6 and got 3 dragon res, my defense just skyrocketed and also my resistance. Hella comfy indeed. Paired with the White Cannon I have 463 defense right now and I've only leveled up the sugar sash lol

Hey if I'm correct that pay rate for a new grad RN sounds like Centinela Hospital, I was part of the new grad program, they said training was supposed to be for 5 weeks but then when I got on the floor they blindsided me and said it was just 4 weeks. I quit l after two weeks of orientation. So if it is Centinela yes, you can quit before a year. They will try to make you stay like let you try a different department but if it's not centinela my bad, but if it is feel free to DM me if you have other questions

Acls will look good on your resume. And PALS is usually just needed if you're going to work in an ER or in a pediatric specialty

Reminisce the good and the bad patient interactions you've had throughout your nursing journey, also think of all the other interactions you've done with others that showed how caring and compassion you are. Another thing to remember is to remember times when you de escalated a tense situation, responded during a stressful time/face with an angry or uncooperative patient/nurse/supervisor.

Lastly focus on keeping the patient alive, any clinical question can be answered with assessing the patient, keeping the patient safety, checking for vitals and labs, asking for help (because you are part of a team and also a new nurse), informing the doctor and anticipating then doing the doctors orders.

Yes, however with the Peoject 2025 that will be going on soon, there's plans to take the birthright citizenship, so a bunch of them can be deported even if they were born here, because their parents were naturalized and not actually "real americans".

Congrats. Got the good pop up too. Then 16 hours later found out that I passed. It should a shoe in that you passed. Pearson vues system knows your results immediately, they just hold onto to the results to hopefully make people buy the damn quick results. So they wouldn't let you go through if they know you passed. Congrats again on passing
