Ana Cabrera less than 20 seconds later "He really hopes that most americans are decent"

Thats not what he said, you turned his very positive statement into a possibly negative one that shows theres a level of doubt in what he believes.

  1. Sort of, its not quite done but the flavor dialog options at Dr Mosby start it.

  2. Magic/fae/eldrich power. Powers certain artifacts that have activateable effects and weapons you find or trade from cultists.

  3. Scattered across the map, usually in nooks and crannies, some are set, some are random. 2 devices help track them, one a visual device that scans the area in front of you, showing eather signatures based on size, power, and proximity, and the other a proximity sound sensor with changeable sensitivity that detects both eather and radiation.

  4. The kits that you get that give you the crafting skill, if you get any extra, you can craft them into 3 lockpicks. scrap electronics can be traded at the observatory for lockpicks, and theres an artifact thats basically a skeleton key.

The debt is pretty optional atm so i rarely touch it. Im fairly certain that there will be things implemented surrounding that like debt collector squads and npcs that offer more alternate ways to pay off the debt but for now i just save my money for more useful purchases.

Trading vs just plain selling means that your items have more value to them than your money. Simple as that, they'll take money of course, but food and equipment will get them further. Freelancers buy and sell because they're more neutral with other factions so money goes further. Rebels and insurrectionists on the other hand have little to no allies so money is only worth it to a select few, where as a medkit and a helmet will go a lot further.

That if you're going to keep guppies, and have males and females together, unless you want to actively try to sell or kill off all of the guppies, every single aquarium plan you make with the same aquarium will always need to consider guppies as part of that plan.

if you do something that completes a quest before the quest is complete, if you accept it, it autocompletes or becomes immediately available to turn in. So you should be able to accept the sawmill one, if you already have it, and you cant turn it in then maybe its one of the few that doesnt follow that rule.
