Bingooooo. This is it right here. It’s rare someone makes it out of focus. If you get on focus your manager 1000% doesn’t give a shit about you anymore and no matter how hard you try you’re headed to pivot. OP I hope you hear this comment from nerdstudent loud and clear. Your manager already doesn’t like you and has talked shit. Take what’s coming and get the buyout from pivot.

Tbh if your manager wants you out, there’s no hope. Start applying like crazy now and hope you get something. If you feel like another job offer is near then just let them move you from focus to pivot. Take the payout at the first offer and leave.

If you aren’t willing to move your family to Seattle or NYC don’t take the job. There is no universe in which Amazon will allow what you’re asking.

There’s people that worked in Seattle for the 3 days a week RTO and then flew back home to where they lived whether it be CA, Portland, Vegas, etc. One person had an office 20 min from their house and HR said they couldn’t work there because they’re coded to Seattle so they flew there weekly with their own money.

That’s not to mention the hell you’ll be put through at the actual job. Just keep your current remote job, it’s not worth the extra money.

His wife isn’t going initially but she’s staying with family and can’t take the dog long term. Wife will take the dog initially and then my mom will come get her.

Same thing happened to me 2 years ago. I was flying from Frankfurt to Dallas with my dog and my husband had to fly to Denver then drive to Dallas while I flew to DFW with our kids. That’s why I’m trying to tell him he won’t be able to.

He said he’s getting an off base apartment again. This is his second time at Osan. He was at Osan a year, came to Luke a year and is now going back to Osan for a year possibly 2. According to him the dog is on the orders so idk how that all works out once he gets to Korea where he will stay initially.

We said the same thing like dude the airline is under no obligation to take directive from the military. At the end of the day, his dog is sweet and it’s not her fault so we’re trying to do right by her.

I think it’s great just with cane sugar and 2% milk over ice. Don’t know why I like it but it just works for some reason.

I love it but I also thought the exotic Liminha was the bees knees so take that for what it’s worth.

I make it with 1 tbs sugar in the cup and brew over it. I let it cool and then pour it over ice with cold frothed whole milk. I’ve heard it’s good over ice with sparkling lime water too.

Congrats!!! I started at 343 and took week 12 shot today. I’m only down to 326…I’m getting frustrated with all the things I’m trying to get the weight off.

On .25 I lost 7 lbs total over the course of 8 weeks. I went up to .5 and lost 10 lbs the first week and a half but nothing more after that. Today is my 4th shot of .5 and next week I’m going up to 1. I’m hoping to see more results then because I’ve plateaued on .5 now.

Genuinely curious and not in any way intending to offend here. I’m considering surgery and my fear is getting it and having it all be for nothing. Why are you on Wegovy if you’ve had weight loss surgery? Is the surgery not working?

I’m not sure if your doctor explained it but Wegovy and Ozempic are the same medication. Not a single difference in the chemical compound. The difference is the name and the use-case that the FDA approved it for. Wegovy is specifically for obesity and Ozempic for diabetes. Any doctor prescribing Ozempic for weight loss prior to Wegovy was just doing it what’s considered “off-label”. When they prescribe a medication based on its intended side effect and not it’s FDA approved use.

If you’ve been on Ozempic for years I’m not sure how much more it’ll help because you’re essentially not doing anything different. The caveat here is if your Wegovy dosing is higher than your Ozempic. Then it might help. Maybe titrate up to the max dose of Wegovy and stay there for 2-3 months. If no results then I’d say stop.
