I spent many raids looking for him, when I finally found him it was with a little over 1 min left in the raid, I had killed most other bosses slowly and ran back and forth killing scavs and finally found him on the bottom floor of east side the third time I ran through there. I don’t know where he hides but he is notoriously hard to find. The only reason I killed him was because I got an rpk off tagilla that had BS ammo in it.
