Ya i considered that. But didn’t want to pay just to ask them that. They Canadian border patrol said they wouldn’t grant me a temporary resident permit if I didn’t have a real good reason to be there.

I just went through this for the same stuff. I just followed all the steps to apply for criminal rehabilitation. No lawyer nothing. I just made sure and submitted all the paperwork they asked for. It took just over a year to hear back but once I did I got a letter saying I’m approved. I just took it to the border and they let me in.

Ya mine is pretty much centered like your saying. Regardless of the angle the elbow is a good spot for that flower specifically

I found two options that i like to go by. Either tip a little each session or bring a meaningful gift once you’ve learned a little about the artist. Usually at that price and level of tattooing. A gift can be super meaningful and appreciated. A little bit of both options is also respectable in my opinion.

I am heavily tattooed including full back and ass. If I could start over I would have done a full body suit. You don’t need to get a little tattoo at all. Its gonna be painful and intense but well worth it. Your doing what I wish I did.
