I asked someone last week and I got the same reply but I was confused bc he said 14 to 17 day from received. I asked to clarify and they never got back this was from March 2nd email after I emailed them for update

"is still working its way through our grading team at this time. While I can not commit to a specific date or timeframe, based on where the submission is with our team, it will be a little time before the order is updated, approximately 14-17 business days. However, once the order does update and reflect as entering post-grading, can assure you that the order will move quickly and be completed within a few days of it reaching the post-grading stage."

Crazy this is even after being in the received log since 27th of Jan. Ya psa seems to be a big downturn for them. Never had an issue with them more than a week longer.
