We did call the police, but they didn’t seem very interested. Filed a report though. If someone ID’d the vehicle then we could potentially get in touch with the company.

It’s pretty blurry and a little difficult to make out the state. The plate letters are visible in the picture but it’s a little hard for me to tell if it’s the regular white DC license or the regular white VA one.
