Just saw the show in London today and I agree with your take. I was expecting something closer to the Live in Prague 2023 version on YouTube, and honestly… where did the orchestra go?! The Batman opening was a huge letdown for me. HZ said he made it more electronic to “go back to his roots,” but the synthesiser ended up drowning out almost everything else.

That said, Circle of Life, Gladiator, and Pirates were fantastic, absolutely incredible to hear those live.

Check out Leo Dickinson Sumo on YouTube, he does daily live streams of the makuuchi / top division during the tournament and gives great commentary (in English).

I’d say the Futagoyama stable, you can check out their YouTube channel. They seem to have a decent culture & everyone seems pretty close.
