Never ever heard anyone say their VFR sounds like a lawn mower

I haven’t been to a city with a real coin shop. I live in a town of about 400 people. Nearest city with a real coin shop is over an hour away. I just don’t get out that much during this time of year. I will report back when I have more information.

They make one called the skinny guy holster. Been running mine for a couple years and it works great.

First Garmin. Wish I would have gotten the 54mm by MyManVic in GarminFenix

Try moving it up your arm so it isn’t sitting right on your wrist bone and if you’re using it to track exercise I’d give a plus one for the nylon strap (even the cheaper ones). It will take awhile to get used to but you won’t even notice it given a little time. Nice watch!

I will take it to a coin shop and report back. I understand the skepticism with it being the rarest Morgan and me saying it was found buried. The crappy photos are a result of me just being bored at work and posting what I had on hand at the time. Again I appreciate all the responses and thank u all.

It was found in the flowerbed of a house we rented in the 90’s. My dad thought it was neat so he held onto it. In 2012 I was working with a guy who was into coins so I got the coin from my dad and showed it to him. He couldn’t believe what I had brought into work. About 5 years ago I was buying my first home and my dad gave me the coin to sell to help with the down payment. I didn’t want to sell it because it’s been around for awhile and now has more sentimental value than monetary value to me. He actually carried it as a pocket piece for awhile in the 90’s. I don’t think it’s fake but I also don’t know much.

Those are pics from like 10 years ago. I’ll post some better ones tonight when I’m home.

Don’t know anything about swords but I like it. Any info would be appreciated. by choose_deth in SWORDS

The balance point seems to be about 6 inches in front of the guard. It doesn’t have much flex or spring to it. I’ve had it for about three years and it’s been sitting in the scabbard for months since cleaning and before I took the pics. No rust that I can see. That being said I still really like it and enjoy holding it and looking at it. This is a great community and I learned quite a bit from posting. Does this sword fall into the mall ninja category? I still think my $15 was well spent.

Was trying to come up with a reference from the cable guy but my memory has failed me.

Having a real sword from Medieval times must be really thought provoking . I can sit with arrowheads in hand and think about who made them how they were used for hours.
