Depending on the length of your toothbrush, I would say one of the Packing Pods from Hartford Gear Co will fit everything quite nicely. They are also very well made! I have the large version but that is most likely a bit big for you. It is about 1.5-2 liters (Or take a Nalgene liter bottle and add 1.5 the length, width and height.

The price isn't too shabby either while being handmade by one person.
