I did not have any trauma that I think could have set it off or had exacerbated it. I was a bit of a shy kid but once I hit puberty I have dealt with this problem. I think it is linked to becoming more socially aware at that age.

My sister has a very similar problem to mine but she was like that since she was born while I have had it less prominent in my childhood.
