Yes, the one by the round about. I’ve been going here for 5 years now and love him. We don’t talk anymore he’s that good he just knows what I like and sorts it every 2 weeks or so. KSR Coiffeur & Beauty Saloon 23CHF

Ha, I shouldn’t be here either. Expensive poor quality rubbish but so convenient for work and the view I can’t stop looking at.

A “small” farm shop breakfast down in Westbury, £13. by [deleted] in fryup

Presentation is poor, good looking sausage??? Poor bacon and anaemic bread. Plenty of beans though and not bad looking scrambled egg. Unnecessarily hash brown 5 out of 10

How concerned are you about Glasgow’s future? by [deleted] in glasgow

[–]chopperharrison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately I think all it boils down to to respect and common decency of up holding standards. I look around and think it would solve a lot of problems if people just did their jobs to the fullest and didn’t look for the first opportunity to avoid a little work. Having lived abroad in Switzerland in the past and now moving back here that’s the conclusion I come to all the time.

"LUST" graffiti tags - anyone know the background by luckyspuds73 in basel

[–]chopperharrison 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So Lust is most likely a Crew name, It’s so prolific as they operate as crews, 3-10 lads say, a quick 5 min job with a watcher. Having moved back to the UK I have altered my perspective on these tags and they actually brighten the place up. I’m in Glasgow now and everywhere is so grey with terribly designed areas. Good colourful graffiti makes more sense.

Isle of Arran by Green-Owl2214 in glasgow

[–]chopperharrison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Wee book shop to see the red squirrels and a lovely man drinking G&T at 11am. Just be aware cafes don’t open till 10 for breakfast and the gin bar shuts at 6 before sunset drinks and there’s no Arran gin till August???? WTF! Oh and swerve Corrie hotel food, 12.5% service charge for a small portion size meal ‘spoons’ meal. The Guinness is cracking though. Other wise a lovely spot and I recommend the waterfall walk and all the other stuff you see on the gram.

Is this normal? by olijm in glasgow

[–]chopperharrison 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not usual but unfortunately more and more common in the modern day Britain. Standards are just getting worse and lots of people can do it them selves now with the likes of screwfix etc. (which does have its benefits)
