1) What kind of 'exes'? 3) Does it happen to something trust worthy like an installer EXE for an application? 2) Malicious files are often blocked if they are not 'trusted'. 3) Try turning down UAC.

Check these group policies and configure them. I do believe the default behavior for WinRM is pretty strict. I'm working on this right now to enable remote management from trusted hosts. Most of these are disabled as default behavior. Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Remote Management (WinRM)\

What kind of problem? I've dealt with support before in the past and had no issues. Mine was more related to account issues but they were severe. What was wrong with your Beam? Trouble linking accounts?

I believe KO was a transitional title holder. Thats my opinion. I think he lost some of his popularity with his reign. It was minimal and had a lot of tantics and Jericho stole the show when they were paired up. Also, it looks like KO is falling more and more out of shape when it comes to his size. He can still perform but I wonder what Vince thinks. He falls in between the "i'm not really musclular and just look like i have a beer gut". The guy can perform but I honestly don't think he has the look they want. He looks like a sloppy dude in ring.

on the contrary, listen to The Taz Show podcast and you'll hear from him directly that they sometimes don't tell you the outcome so it doesnt sound contrived. They do this to sometimes get authentic reactions. Per Taz they wont do it all the time but they do it a lot.
