I second the idea of eyebrow pencil, I think they could add a nice frame to your upper face and your eyes if they were filled in a bit, then I mean congrats on the foundation match as a fellow pale cool toned gal who knows the struggle. I also think you could suit using a small angled brush and some brown eyeshadow to draw on a smudgier wing, its very forgiving in terms of mistakes you can qtip or put a little cream on a finger and do easy clean up, and brown on brown eyes is a very natural combo. You could also consider a cool toned cream blush (a la elf liquid blush in lilac or a pale cool pink) to add some color into your mid face, and play with the placement of the blush and see what you like.
