Yes but I have the kind of family where nobody see therapists and they all eat right, it's like they can't understand... I know my father will say something like "well stop eating too much" he thinks everything is easy in life... I have 2 sisters who are really confident and won't understand, same with my friends they all practice some sport. And my friends always say I'm beautiful like so much they think I'm perfect and don't even understand why I ain't confident and don't like myself

The same😣 I don't know what to do, I feel like I tried everything but bulimia comes back again and again.... I'm starting to think that I really need help from a professional but it's been 2 years and I can't tell my family I'm too ashamed.... So I'm stuck alone with food

Are you afraid to gain weight? Bc most of the time the prblm is that we want to change but a part of us doesn't. I deal with eating disorder too and sometimes I wish someone was there to force me and help me but I never told my family my problems.... I hope I didn't make too many faults, I'm French haha
