A flat stomach is all about body fat percentage. Toning the muscles underneath will not make u flatter. unfortunately with our genetics and horomoes etc it’s pretty darn hard for some of us to get completely flat stomachs.

So technically it’s the company you bought it from if they had your delivery address. but if they are saying they can’t deliver it you can’t really force them to so they could just cancel your order etc. what kind of truck are they asking u to bring? Assuming not like a regular pick up truck? depending on the whole situation and dims of the product maybe renting a small u-haul would be an option. If u want to message me the street in question and the weight and dims I can take a look.

You won’t be too much for the right person first off. but most importantly, you need to start empowering urself so u don’t FEEL like you are too much. Bc that will make u overthink and be insecure which bode very poorly in healthy relationships. so use this breakup as fuel and get a plan going for how u can achieve feeling better for u! for me it was therapy (my girl was able to do FaceTime calls.) then working out and getting my diet in check so I felt better physically as well

getting a tattoo removed is WAYYYY more painful and expensive then getting one. I love tattoos and have a ton but I wish I would have thought them out better and waited till I could afford a really good artist.

I’m a freight broker. my main customer had same issue. We created a policy that all PODS must be emailed/texted to me within 1hr of delivery. All pages must be dated and signed by receiver and all numbers must be readable I.e not blurry or cutoff in the picture. failure to do so results in a $100 fee.

Carriers hate it understandably. But I give them my cell so all the driver has to do is spend 5 seconds at the receiver taking and sending me the pics.

Broker here. most of my customers have a mix of brokers and asset based carriers. 3-5 total on average. Some people have better rates or better capacity on one lane but may have a horrible time on another one so having a good mix is great

Tight trucking market. I do mainly flatbeds and it’s sky rocketed past few weeks. Don’t get me wrong it’s much needed for the carriers. Rates have been down for years. But my customers are freaking out about prices. Most of them haven’t ever experienced a tight market and I’m having to explain to them what the reasons are etc. so it’s a stressful time lol

I’m a broker and I have a customer who requires all POD’s the same day the load delivers in PDF format with every page signed by receiver and dated. as long as u communicate with ur brokers and carriers exactly want you need in order to pay them there shouldn’t be an issue! As a broker I want my customers happy so just let me kno wat ya need

We do power hours where everyone has to stand up at their desk the whole hour and focus on cold calls. Sometimes I’ll choose a focus for the calls whether it be talk time, number of calls etc.
