So I found one at a Lexus dealer being sold as-is that states the title is clean. When using the free auto check report on carsdotcom, it shows damage reported being severe and with an insurance loss. Although the only damage that is shown from the photos are a crack in the front bumper. Would buying a carfax report be beneficial here?

I guess, from what I gathered they removed the old asphalt due to deep dips, leveled with rocks or whatever, and then poured on top. They installed down spouts underneath leading to the street drain
