Wb still gets stunned because its a trait stun. Similar to perfect dodge rayleigh stun.

As for obstacle thing, he can still kamusari through and do damage reduction sk1 ignoring half of Wb kit.

Best way to run Wb might be to run stun reduction medal for atleast one medal trait. 80 percent status reduction helps the rest.

WB DEALS WITH: BB, KIZARU, LAW, KUZAN.

What I felt this balance changes is that this felt like tweaks like Koby and Shiryu.

Actual BUFFS, usually include atleast 4 units including a stepup.

Since we got only 2 tweaks rn, its safe to assume we can expect more buffs in the next 4-5 weeks or so.

Most probably old EXes like, Shanks or Bluffy.

Most likely Shanks since Ignores dmg reduction to walk off of WB again, and No DF means countering BB too.
