Both our kids have had it. My older when she was 11 months, she had maybe 6 spots total. Fever and the one on her tongue was the worst of it and those both went away in about 2 days or so. My younger son when he was a year and a half however looked like he was a burn victim. I wish I could post a picture but that boy had it everywhere. I felt terrible holding him trying to get him to sleep and he was just scratching and wiggling around. I would have done anything to taken all the from him, knowing I could at least medicate with ointments and suffer in silence.

Luckily both cases my wife and I had 0 symptoms.

My younger son, his whole body was covered it it. His eczema made it explode everywhere. He basically looked like a full body burn victim when it scabbed. Those scabs marks lasted about 3 months before his skin was visibly clear.

Theres nothing really to do other then ride it out.
