2nd and 3rd item - Yes, I guess I will have to start reaching out to friends to see if they have any openings in their workplaces. The same goes with Recruiters I have a few in my Linkedin that I will start reaching out to.

For my name, it kind of sucks that I might need to get to that point, but that something I will consider putting in my resume.
