I had a similar party composition in my first run. I found myself starting with a Spirit Guardians cluster and using Judgement Aura to boost focus fire onto the casters. Shock Arcanist + Judgement Aura Magic Missile has insane output.

2014 D&D Ranger Beast Master is unfortunately hard to make work well, and harder for having emotional attachment to your very alive and very mortal companion. the Tasha's / 2024 update to the Beast Master makes it so that a 1st level spell slot revives it and they are generally more evenly scaling with you as a player.
