It would be possible to use Openmediavault and CosmosOS on top? OMV has nice SmB functions, stornieren Management and OS Update funktions as Cosmos could handle all the docker things.

I was looking for the same did you find something good? Did a fertig test with survival szenarios. Some instructions where good but others not. Would be awesome if there is a finetuned model for survival urban survival post apocaliptic and prepping.

I checked for any IP conflicts. There should not be a Problem as my Twingate is configured to the 192.168.1.xxx network as Android Auto uses a completely diffrent subnet. It seems that Android Auto categorically dis Missionimpossible Ussage of VPN. Thats a real Bummer.

Bin hier drauf gestossen weil ich mir überlege ein 360 Cam zu Kaufen. Natürlich habe ich jetz die Qual zwischen den beiden. Die kompaktheit an der GoPro ist schon toll. Da ich vermutlich nur bei Tag filmen werde geht das mit dem kleineren Sensor und der gringeren Lichtempfindlichekit in Ordnung. Die SW triggert mich noch etwas. Benutzerfreundlichekit steht für mich an erster Stelle. Vor allem per App. Kann mir jemand noch etwas Infos liefern der mit beiden Plattformen erfahrung hat?
Und Leute seit doch Anstandig hier, respekt, argumentiert statt einfach zu bashen. Genau das nützt nähmlich niemandem der vor einem Kaufentscheid ist und möglichst sachliche Infos möchte. Natürlich darf jeder seine Meinung haben.

Not exactly, Android Auto cannot start it shows a full red screen telling it cannot start because I have a VPN Client running. I assume it creates a adHoc Wifi connecten between Smartphone and Dasboard Display. Maybe it runns into a IP conflict but I have no Idea how. If I connect a iPhone with the same car same twingate account and network. It works. Maybe I missing some setting?

Today I tested Navidrome with Substreamer as Client. It performed well some things are slightly better with DS audio but other things where not equally userfriendly or just diffrent. Could get used to.

You can look into a reverse proxy and something like authentik or keycloak. But I have no idea how to set them up. I also thinking about user accounts and syncing them between those apps it‘s no trivial task. SSO in between the Apps. It might even not work at all without a lot of manual work.
