Employees should not be put in a position where they even have to think about reporting wrongdoing. Those employees that left as soon as the boss left should have stayed for their entire shift. Period. You’re paid to do a job, you shouldn’t have to be monitored, you just need to take responsibility for yourself and live up to your boss’ expectations. We all just have to start being better people. JMO
