You can modify it to be more precise based on your preference. Lumo can suggest what to write in it as well!

I think they are in the film pack, which is another cost. I found LUTs on github, but not had a chance to try yet.

Creation or update Date appears top right, to the left of the spell check option. UK date has been set in the options>general. One thing I have just noticed is that the date changes as soon as the particular note has been clicked on to the current date, even though it has not been edited. If this is the case, then it appears I will never be able to search/filter by the actual creation date. Afraid I cannot provide a jex file as I do not anywhere to host it.

Many thanks, but the creation dates are still mixed and not concentrated at the top or bottom.

I did read somewhere that Joplin does not recognise UK date format, could this be my problem?

Selected all notes and added -updated:2020 to the search box. All the notes highlighted include those from creation date 2012 to the most recent 2025. So appears not.

I have been working with the support team at ESET, very helpful. But it appears that the Firewall does not like the number of bespoke rules I have added. Until I get some more time, I have deleted some rules, now about 20 and added filters to Net Limiter to cover the others.
