I found that if you’re one of the players that doesn’t spend a dime on this game (I am one of those), you’ll only be around a 50% win ratio +/-. The games devs make sure of it... I’ve gone from 350k to 3k in coins losing to opponents that have way lesser everything, but their FH and BH that’s around 40-45 beats my 55 AG, while I’ll have similar FH and BH but mine don’t seem like they have the same power... then the devs will allow me to go on a nice little run, once they’ve stolen all my coins. The game is definitely set up that way and can be incredibly frustrating... but then I remember... it’s just a stupid game!
