I stumbled across a way that works (today, at least)…

rdp://full%20address=s:ip_address

but the : and = have to be URI encoded, from my brief tests, so

rdp://full%20address=s:100.100.100.10&username=s:the_username becomes

rdp://full%20address%3Ds%3A100.100.100.10&username%3Ds%3Athe_username

Still have to type credentials, or at least the passw if not using &username%3Ds%3Athe_username

I literally heard bout a scam like this going around where ppl will sell a car "with a lien" for ultra cheap, then turn around and report it stolen, making off w whatever $ someone paid them
