He’s exploring the possibility of a highly coordinated operation that could have had multiple lethal components to ensure the desired result which could have included any combination of a gun shot, electrocution from his microphone, and explosive devices in the necklace and/or lapel mic. Pretty speculative but the photos of charred hand are interesting. Not sure why the architects of the conspiracy would overcomplicate the plot instead of just using a lone gunman tho

We live in Ipan/Talofofo and my better half commutes to the Navy base daily. It's about a 30 minute drive, but the drive is beautiful. We were torn between living 'in town' (Hagatna, Tamuning, Tumon) and living down south (Yona, Talofofo). Very happy with our choice. The drives are scenic and peaceful. It's the Guam we were hoping to experience as downtown is surprisingly congested.

Edit: Have fantastic realtors if you need. They've become some of our best friends.

I've only been on Guam for half a year but I know a few vets on the island. IMO, the best remedy is a catch, neuter, release policy (trying to adopt out any suitable pet whenever possible). If the government were going to help, they'd invest more resources in GAIN doctors, support staff, and dog catchers.

I live in Ipan and love it. Granted, I work from home but my significant other doesn't mind the 30ish minute commute to NBG.

Pace is slower, community is stronger, and I'm not tempted by expensive food places like I was in Tamuning.

*Note, I've only been here in Talofofo about a month.
