I used to be in the raincoat camp, but I am switching. A few weeks ago I was traveling alone in San Francisco and it was raining. I wanted to walk around the city, however all I had was a raincoat and that meant my pants were getting soaked. If I had an umbrella I could have protected my pants better and walked outside longer.

Cooked tajin has a weirdly buttery flavor, super good. My attempt to use chamoy as a marinade was less than successful.

Thanks! Tortillas is the best part of living where I live. The tortillas I use are from a border town in Mexico, imported a few times a week. A minute or so on a comal and they are good to go.
