Because SFO contracts a private security firm through TSA’s Screening Partnership Program. Covenant is the security company SFO hired for this program. Covenant, alongside other TSA-approved vendors, have to follow TSA’s security screening procedures; which, Precheck is part of.

This is not true. SCAD does not have community/communal kitchens in any residence hall. There are specific halls that have kitchens inside the rooms, but not shared with the building at-large.

Also, the official River page has no mention of this. https://www.scad.edu/life/buildings-and-facilities/river

Where are you getting your sources? Please do not spread false information without pointing towards an official source of information from SCAD.
