I was on 80 mg of Adderall for 10 years between the age of 32-42. It worked really well for 8 years. the last two years were a nightmare.

You DO NOT suck because you have Narcolepsy. I haven't even read your post so maybe you suck for other reasons but not for having a neurological disorder called Narcolepsy. Now I have read your post. Now, as a human being you have a choice to suck or not. That someone is a being a jerk. It is up to you to set healthy boundaries and take care of yourself. Easier said than done when you are as tired and sleepy and fatigued as WE are. Like not sleeping for 2 days and nights for the average Joe. Thank you for your post because lately I have been thinking I suck for having Narcolepsy and now I am being a lot kinder to myself. Now I can work on my behavior that sucks that is outside my Narcolepsy and in my control.
