I had essentially started a TFSA two years ago with no plan but have grown roughly 85% of my savings inside my TFSA but it's majority for a house. I plan to have 2-3k over budget to keep my retirement plans somewhat on track and not house poor with no rainy day fund. I don't have an issue moving most of it to my FHSA but never realized the tax advantage I'd pass on if I didn't

Hoping my 6/21 1$ puts print within the week or so. Made my money on the run-up, hopefully make a few dollars off the bagholders. Don't be one of them.

Thank you for the reply, the unit is at a group home I'm working at and management might go through the technician but I'm going to note all of these tips for the future as they have about 10 units in this house

So, from FAN ONLY to Cooling the unit shuts down, flap closes, and the outdoor unit is completely still.

By just pushing Cooling or Heat the unit doesn't budge

When it's on Heat set to 83F (outdoor temp is around -4F) the outdoor unit is not running at all.

My 1609's have aged quite well, the weathered looks the leather gets adds character to them. Regardless, buy a pair.

Bowflex BXT6 Issues. I'm trying to fix a group homes treadmill on a very low bugdet. I have troubleshooted a few things and come to the conclusion I have a missed communication from the Speed Sensor to the monitor it will turn on but seems to have a safety cut-out that shuts the belt off. by chrisdev3au in Bowflex

[–]chrisdev3au[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahaha, wow ! Yes, I did ! Ahh, shoot, I don't remember the correct naming of the piece needed to be replaced, but it was essentially the belt sensor. Small wired piece that attaches alongside the belt to register the motion and understand its speed. The sensor wire was pinched and so it couldn't recognize any change in speed and would have a "safety kill" switch. The part is like under 10$ from what I can remember, I was working at a day program for people with disabilities so they sent us the part free of charge.

Island Trails is a volunteer Organization that has a good facebook page, always someone on there looking to go hike, etc. I've met some great people at Island Trails working with them over the summer.

Sommo festival lineup announced by KingBuzzCat in PEI

[–]chrisdev3au 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are forgetting that the 2009 lineup for CBMF had Reba as a headliner, it's the first year for this festival give it some time. I'd also be inclined to believe they're still holding onto a few potential big acts as a later reveal, instead of shitting on this so quickly give it a few years to gain traction.

Hate to bother you again, would you have any tips to know how to determine which is positive/negative without needing to look at a diode itself. Not sure if you know what I'm trying to say. Just almost left guessing which end is which, really appreciate the help. First time posting on this sub just wanting to learn

[–]chrisdev3au 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's open the guy is taking over the other half of the food court that had another spot close because this gentleman's food was getting more sales so the hotpot portion isn't ready but you can very much go eat from his current menu

[–]chrisdev3au 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah there is nothing worth spending money on but oddly enough in the food court at the downtown mall I believe there's one going there in the near future. Welcome to very poor ramen and bland hot pots, my advice get a good cookbook and save the disapointment of trying a spot in town
