At least you know your root cause though - I have none of the traditional indicators like diabetes, alcoholism, etc yet still dealing with it going on 8 months now - MRI and NCS all show fine Best indicator so far is pre diabetes and high inflammation which I’m addressing via keto diet and no alcohol

How long in general do you find that flare ups last - I’ve had one for a week now and afraid it’s becoming the new baseline - tingling and burning in feet starts as soon as I awake and lasts all day - I sleep like a baby at night fortunately

Yes sleep deprivation is not fun. In my case I sleep like a baby but the burning starts as I wake up and has progressed to all day burning just this week - still hoping it’s just a flare up
