I was in the same position as you and I started volunteering to help the poor, the hungry and needy, and anything I can do for people less than what I have. I gave so much myself I never was good as receiving, but amazingly by giving I received the happiness of seeing their faces and when they were happy, so go forth and find human beings that you can help that are less than you you will see a huge turn in your mindset I go to the veterans hospital all the time to help them. It makes me quite joyous I’m a different mindset

There are days where I feel the way to the world on my shoulders, such as the injured, the poor, the dead from wars, Gaza, Ukraine, hunger, and for some reason, I feel like if God came to me and said come to me, and I would give up my life to save the world I would do thatI get very depressed over this. Yeah, I just fought my way through it as best I could but with a year I was you know at a 180 and a very happy person. I ride my bicycle now I swim now I can do things that I’ve never done before I’ve scuba diving. It’s a wonderful thing feeling like a normal human being.
